Tell us what is happening

The more specific you are, the more useful our answer will be, and the more likely we are to fix it on the first visit. Helpful things to include:

• Is water escaping right now? This determines whether it is an emergency.
• Which district and what kind of property, house or apartment, and roughly how old.
• Your water arrangement, borehole, tanker fill, mains, and whether you have a pump and a storage tank.
• What you can see and hear, not what you think is wrong. The symptom is more useful to us than the diagnosis.
• What has already been tried, particularly if another plumber has already attended.

If it is an emergency, do this first

1. Close the main isolation valve.
2. Switch the pump off at the breaker.
3. If a tank sits above the leak, close the tank outlet too, gravity does not need the pump.
4. If water is anywhere near sockets, a distribution board or light fittings, switch that circuit off before touching anything.
5. Photograph everything before you move or dry anything.

Then call 0706 727 6002. If you cannot find your isolation valve, call anyway, we will stay on the line and talk you through finding it.

Our office is at the address above, in Maitama. The work itself happens at your property, so the fastest route to us is always the phone or WhatsApp. If you would rather come in and talk it through, call first so someone is there to meet you.
